Hey, thanks to everybody who came out for the Widders' Ball.

Hope you had a marvelous time. The hospitality room was a hit, as was the Ball itself.  Jeannie Johnson was dubbed "Noble Grand Widder" for her work benefitting the chapter in 6014.  Hornhead, Sawdust and their widders made it to the Crystal Palace Show on Friday night and said they had a blast. (So keep that in mind for next year) None of the newly appointed officers ran away. And Joe Szot says we did more than break even last year despite all our shenanigans.

So now that we're assured that all is right with the world, here's hoping 6015 is an even bigger and better year!

My Widder says it's about time "she" actually had fun on one of our many weekend adventures.  Usually she's just along for the ride but this weekend was all about her.  I think she is already planning for next year.
Maybe she will now change her mind in thinking Clampers are a bunch of whack jobs.  Except me of course. "She knows I'm a Whack Job'.
Thanks for a really cool weekend guys!

Both Lumpy & I had a great time.  We meant to go to the hospitality room after the Ball, but fell asleep once we took off our shoes.  We woke up about 1:15 and realized what happened.
But, it was sure fun seeing all the guys and their ladies.  This is promising to be another fantastic clamping year.
Thanks to one and all!

We (my wider and I) loved the event! We both enjoyed the NEW addition of a Noble Grand Wider; we both hope that this is a tradition that will continue! We also enjoyed the NEW padgent categories (going beyond the obvious saloon girl dress and parade, establishing a period dress category, and of course the absurd). We had a lot of FUN meeting other brothers and sisters, dancing, drinking, and the camaraderie!  SATISFACTORY!
